Bradford Kilgore is The Chief Executive Officer and Principle with 25 years of sales, marketing, distribution, and management experience in the medical industry. Mr. Kilgore led the eastern US medical products division for Baxter Healthcare as VP of Sales. Mr. Kilgore acquired executive sales training and business development experience through OES, Medline, Stuarts Healthcare, Howmedica and most recently, Baxter Healthcare. Mr Kilgore's expertise lies in New Business Development, but he also has expertise in Marketing, Distribution, Product Development and Analysis. Mr. Kilgore has successfully launched over 12 new product lines to over 60 million each in his 35 years of medical sales.

Don Kilgore graduated from the University of Mississippi with Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration. Post graduation, he joined Bristol-Myers in a variety of sales and sales training roles. After the Bristol-Myers and Squibb merger Kilgore assumed management roles in the company's Strategic Studies and Emerging Market's Departments. In 1994 Kilgore joined Smith & Nephew (S&N), as Director of National Account Management. He served as Director of Business Process Optimization at S&N until 1999 when he joined UHS as Chief Marketing Officer. He is a founding member of the Urgent Care Association of America

Dr. Tony Dacy was born in San Antonio and raised in Boerne. He received his bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State University. This was followed by his Doctorate at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. Dr. Dacy then attended Baylor College of Dentistry were he did his specialty training and Master's program. Dr. Dacy is a board certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontolgy. He has taught at Baylor College of Dentistry and lectured on the specialty areas of periodontics to a variety of audiences. He holds active membership in the TDA, ADA, American Academy of Periodontology, Heart of Texas District Dental Society, and Southwest Society of Periodontics.

Dr. Paul Fugazzotto received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University in 1979, and his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study from Boston University in 1981. He is a visiting lecturer at Tufts University, Harvard University, and the University of Ancona in Ancona, Italy. Dr. Fugazzotto is a fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Fellowship in the ITI is by election only. Dr. Fugazzotto is the past national director of the US ITI Study Clubs and Editor in Chief of the journal Implant Realities. Dr. Fugazzotto has also authored three text books, including; “Decision Making in Implant and Regenerative Therapy.” Dr. Fugazzotto lectures extensively, both here and throughout the world, on the topics of periodontal therapy, regrowing lost bone, esthetics, and implant therapy.

For over 20 years, Stephen has dedicated his career to the designing, planning, developing, testing, and deploying technology.  His experience includes implementation of hardware, network, and software components for systems spanning many industries.  Stephen’s early career included programming and IT project management for notable companies such as FedEx and AutoZone as well as several government agencies.  Currently Stephen serves as partner and chief software architect for Mellon Consulting Group  where he is focused on health care related projects, leading teams that integrate custom software and clinical/laboratory instruments with electronic health records systems (EHR) and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

Susan Moriz Harrington graduated from Boston University Law School in 1992, she has a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts. In addition, Susan is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Mortar Board and Gloden Key Societies. Susan has been in legal practice since 1992, joining Rubin and Rudman in 2001. Susan’s extensive litigation background is unique for a trust and estate attorney. Susan is a Member of the Massachusetts Board of Examiners, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys – Public Education Committee (1998) & Board of Directors for Women’s Caucus (1999), Board of Professionals – SNAP (Special Need Advocates for Parents, Seven Hills Groton – Development Committee member, Board of Managers – Dartmouth YMCA, Board of Directors – SouthCoast YMCA and St. Julie Billiart Church, Dartmouth – chair, September Fest Committee.
